Shipping and delivery


At ETF Culture, we work to make sure your order gets to you fast and safely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:


Processing & Fulfillment

We prioritize same-day or next-day shipping on all orders placed before 3 PM EST.

Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be fulfilled the following business day.


During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


Shipping Options


Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

Worldwide Shipping: Delivery times vary by country, typically 7–21 business days depending on customs and local carriers.


International Orders


We proudly ship worldwide.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Delivery times may vary due to international customs processes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Official ETF is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
