Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from OFFICIAL ETF. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided if:

You received the wrong item

Your item arrived damaged

There was an error on our end.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer easy exchanges.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the value of the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Sale or discounted items

Limited-drop items

Gift cards

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
